We will offer credit note (full amount) or replace item if the item was damaged during shipping, if the item is returned in original packaging within 14 days of you receiving it.
We will offer credit note or replace an item, that is returned to us in orginal package with in 14 days of you receiving it. This offer excludes postage cost. There is a $25 handling fee per order. [3]
Warranty will be voided or excluded under these circumstances -
We will NOT refund or exchange if the colour or fit or look is NOT to your liking. You may chose to exercises cause[3] above.
Fabric by nature will shrink slightly or lose colour after initial wash. This is natural behaviour of the fabric. We will NOT refund if these are the cause of your dissatisfaction with the product.
We will not refund or exchange if proper care has not taken, to care for the fabric.

We will not refund or exchange if the product has been with you for more than 14 days.
